Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding is a term used widely in both the health and fitness community to describe the training and exercising of the skeletal muscles. Bodybuilding has many advantages over other forms of exercise, including weight lifting, which relies almost entirely on the strength of the strength-trained muscles. Bodybuilding provides an excellent all around workout that can be done almost anywhere and at any time, although there are some elements of bodybuilding that are better suited to specific situations.
